I wanted a nice fall cocktail for this afternoon and mulled cider sounded perfect. The only issue is that it is still warm enough to sit outside with a cool cocktail so I went with a cold version.
- 2oz bourbon
- 1oz apple cider
- 2 oz orange ginger ale
- 1 dash angostura bitters
Add the bourbon and cider into a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice and pour over a large ice sphere. Top off with the orange ginger ale and a dash of angostura bitters.
