Tonight I wanted to have some fun and decided on tweaking a classic cocktail, The Japanese, with apple brandy and cranberry bitters that I am calling a Cran-Apple Japanese Cocktail.
2oz Apple Brandy
1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup
2 droppers cranberry bitters
All ingredients are shaken together with ice and strained into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a single frozen cranberry.
