A Caramel Experiment

This one was a bit of an experiment and I would probably cut the caramel syrup back to 1/4 oz if I made this again but I wanted to try something with caramel and apple. I also added another 1/2 ounce of Clyde Mays whiskey and stirred that in after my initial tasting which definitely helped.


  • 4 oz @jseedswhiskey Apple Cider Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz @Torani Caramel Syrup
  • 1 dropper Bitterman’s Elemakule Tiki Bitters


Shake with ice and strain over a large ice cube in an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
