After a nice dinner out, back at home we decided to make a nice dessert cocktail. Jasvir wanted to try something with the Buffalo Trace bourbon cream we have in our bar and maybe a coffee liqueur. After some googling, she found this recipe which we modified to come up with a coffeemilk cocktail.
- 2 oz Buffalo Trace bourbon cream
- 2 oz Perc coffee liqueur
- 2 droppers of Bittermen’s Xocolatl Mole Bitters
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over a large ice ball.
Garnish with nutmeg.
